This notice has been prepared to explain the purposes for which the personal data of individuals who contact our company, request quotes, apply for jobs, and visit our website are processed, as well as their rights.
Aviex Production acts as the data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. Our company’s registered information is provided below.
The data processed varies depending on the nature of the established relationship. In contact and quote forms, we process name, surname, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of the request; for job applications, professional information shared in the CV is also processed; for website visits, IP address, browser and device information, and cookie records are processed.
Responding to requests, preparing quotes, establishing and performing contracts, planning and executing projects, evaluating job applications, billing and maintaining accounting records, fulfilling obligations arising from legislation, ensuring the security of the website, and improving service quality.
Your data is collected through forms on our website, email, phone, and documents submitted in physical environments, via partially automated and non-automated means.
Your personal data is shared only to the extent necessary with financial advisors, legal consultants, IT infrastructure providers, business partners involved in the project, and legally authorized public institutions. Due to the IT services we use, your data may be processed on servers located abroad; these transfers are carried out by providing appropriate safeguards within the scope of Article 9 of the Law.
When the period expires, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller.
You may submit your requests in person with a wet-signed petition to our address or through a notary public; by signing with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature; or by using your registered email address in our system to info@aviexproduction.com.
Your application must include your name, surname, ID number, address for notification, and the subject of the request. Applications are finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff of the Board may be charged.
Technical and administrative measures such as encrypted connections, restricted access rights, use of up-to-date software and firewalls, regular backups, and placing employees under confidentiality obligations are implemented.
